Welcome to Physical Education.  We will learn about fitness and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle in my class.  The skills we learn in Physical Education class can help a student in many parts of life.   If student is absent please see the workout lesson plan attached.      

 

Biography - This is my 3rd year teaching at Rock Springs.  I am a graduate of MTSU with a bachelors degree in History and minors in political science and secondary education, with magna cum laude honors.  I also have a Physical Education license through Austin Peay State University.  I am an assistant football coach and the head soccer coach at Rock Springs.  I played college football at Tusculum University where I achieved South Atlantic Conference Honor Roll multiple times.  I have 1 brother who attends Texas A&M University and my parents live in Dallas, TX.  I have lived in Houston, TX, Greeneville, TN, and currently reside in Murfreesboro, TN.  I am married to fellow Rock Springs teacher Mrs. Hillis.
