RSMS Chess Club, 2025-2026
Chess Club will have it's first meeting on Monday, August 25th from 3:15-4:15 in the library.
IMPORTANT: All club members need a signed permission slip to participate (see below). You may get a paper copy from Officer Lawson in the front office or Mrs. DuFault in Room 201.

Who can join? Anyone who is interested in chess. We accept both beginners and experienced players!
Dues: Free!
*Note: Club numbers will be limited to the amount of chess boards we can acquire, so it is first come, first serve.

Chess Competition Information
What: Middle TN Scholastic Chess Tournament
When: Saturday, December 6th
Where: Central Magnet School
Registration Information: I am sorry to say that this tournament has been cancelled but we are working on putting together another tournament with several other schools in the spring. Details TBD.
Parents will be responsible for dropping off and picking up their child.
