If you fail a quiz or a test you are expected to complete remediation before you will be allowed to retake them.  This is not optional - - IT IS REQUIRED!  Here is what is required:  Complete the remediation paperwork.  The paperwork will explain what to do and where.

You will then get your paperwork signed by a parent and return this to me at school.
