Coach Luke Hillis - Head Coach & Offensive Coordinator.  This is his 4th year teaching at Rock Springs.  This is his first year as Head Football Coach at Rock Springs.  He has been the Offensive Coordinator for 3 years at RSMS prior to becoming Head Coach.  Prior to that he coached the Defensive Line at Siegel High School for 1 season. He is a graduate of Siegel High School in Murfreesboro where he was an All-State and All-Region football player. He played college football at Tusculum University as a Defensive Lineman.  He also serves as the Head Soccer Coach in the Spring
 
Coach Emanuel Chestnutt - Associate Head Coach & DB/WR Coach.  This is his 10th year teaching at Rock Springs.  He has been the DB/WR coach for 10 years at RSMS.  He also is a volunteer coach for National Playmakers Academy.  He has also coached various AAU basketball teams over the years. He is a graduate of Riverdale High School where he played football and basketball.  He was an All-Region basketball player in high school.  He played college basketball at Columbia State University.  He also serves as the Head Coach of the boy's basketball team in the Winter.  
 
Coach Lucas Hamilton - Defensive Coordinator & RB Coach.  This is his 3rd year teaching at Rock Springs.  He has been the Defensive Coordinator for 1 year and coached the Linebackers.  The year prior he coached the Offensive and Defensive Lines.  He is a graduate of Lenoir City High School where he played football, basketball, and baseball.  He was an All-State football player and an All-Region basketball player.  He holds the Lenoir City all time record for receiving yards in a season.  He played college football at Middle Tennessee State University as a Tight End and Offensive Lineman.  He also serves as the Head Coach of the girl's basketball team in the Winter
 
Coach Ryan Wood - Offensive Line/Defensive Line Coach.  This is his 2nd year teaching at Rock Springs.  He was the OL/DL coach last year.  Prior to coaching at Rock Springs he coached at Coffee County Middle and Oakland Middle. He has served as Offensive Coordinator and line coach at both of his previous stops.  He is a graduate of Kennesaw Mountain High School where he was an All-Region football player.  He played college football at Cumberland University.  He was an All-American Offensive Lineman and holds the record for most pancakes in the history of NAIA college football.
