Mrs. Pierce's Supplemental Resources

Khan Academy - khanacademy.com
Khan Academy is one of my favorite resources and has all subjects and all levels available!
Students have their own Khan Academy created by me.  I have assigned videos and problem sets to complete and continue to practice.

Students can also create their own separate account and choose the material and grade level they need most help in.

MobyMax - Through CLEVER
MobyMax is a great resource to continue practicing math facts. If you do not have your multiplication facts memorized, I encourage you to work on your fact fluency here.

Success Maker - Through CLEVER
Success Maker is the online resource to the textbook RCS uses.

Your Own Home
Here are some other ideas of ways to continue to use your math brain at home without using the computer.
  • Playing card games and board games - uses a variety of math skills, practices number skills, and critical thinking skills
  • Cooking and Baking - uses measuring skills, estimation skills
  • Create your own Math Fact Flashcards - if you do not have your math facts memorized this would be great to practice!
