Screen Issues

  1. If the screen is black (or looks odd in any way besides being dim, try RESTARTING the device.
  2. If the screen is physically damaged or if restarting does not fix issue, complete a work order ticket for technician.
  3. If the text/images on the screen in the web browser are too large or too small, click here.

    4. If the student device is dim, click FN and the UP ARROW on the keyboard (Click here or on image for larger diagram)
